Monsters and cellos

Ethan's year of cello is wrapping up...they had a year end Monster Concert. They call it 'Monster' because there were over 200 kids playing... :(But he was cute and had a great time with his friends.

Hopefully we can get him his own cello (we have been renting from the school) and get him into lessons. He is still loving playing (and I love him playing) and he is still excited about learning.


These are just some random pictures that turned out kinda funny......We had some time to kill while we waited for Ethan's concert to start, so we hung out at my favorite store...Target..

Blanding....and more

During spring break Josh and I took the kids to Blanding Ut. That is near four corners for those that have no clue as to where Blanding is.

Bill and Nikki and kids, and Steve and Mel came with us. We had such a good time. Who would have thought that in the middle of nowhere you can have a great time!

We found a tractor in the middle of nowhere so we had to let Will get a picture on it (he is STILL obsessed with tractors)!!

Projects

I've decided to attempt to do a little carpentry, and I'm loving it. (even with the mistakes)

My first project....mistakes meaning *uhum...gulp, it collapsed and I had to rebuild it with better re-enforcements. But this is the finished product and it is still holding.

My next project will be to build a bed for Josh and I. I will let you know how that goes. Hehehe hopefully no collapsing will occur.

I also made this cool clock (well my dad built it) and I stuck the hands and numbers on (hehehe) it is huge!!

Emery's bday

Emery is now in the double digits!

This year she just wanted to spent time with the fam, so we took her bowling and out to eat.She got a new bike and a wii game!Happy Birthday little lady!
